


Chairman – Abdullah Atalay
Born on January 1, 1965, in Ağrı, Turkey, Abdullah Atalay completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in his hometown. In 1990, he graduated as an Electrical Engineer from Yıldız Technical University’s Faculty of Engineering.
Atalay began his career in 1991 as an electrical engineer in Mardin. Between 1992 and 2003, he held various roles in Ağrı, including engineer, chief engineer, branch manager, and deputy director. He was later appointed as the General Manager of BEDAŞ in İzmir, where he served for three years. Following this, he moved to Ankara to assume the role of Deputy General Manager at TEDAŞ and later became the General Manager of Boğaziçi Elektrik, a subsidiary of TEDAŞ in Istanbul.
With over 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, Abdullah Atalay has played a key role in significant energy projects, leading him to establish Mensis Energy Group. Under his leadership, Mensis Energy Group has expanded its operations in renewable energy, electricity distribution, infrastructure projects, and engineering solutions, growing in both Turkey and international markets.
To focus on renewable energy investments on a global scale, he founded Winso Energy, which specializes in project development, investment operations, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), and service & maintenance worldwide. Guided by Abdullah Atalay’s vision, Winso Energy aims to lead the transition to clean energy by developing sustainable and efficient projects in the global energy sector.
Ayhan Gök – Winso Energy CEO
With over 25 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, Ayhan Gök has been appointed as the CEO of Winso Energy.
After completing his Electrical and Electronics Engineering education in Germany in 1998, he worked on biogas projects across Europe. In 2007, he returned to Turkey as the General Manager of Nordex Energy Turkey, playing a key role in the development of the wind energy sector. He also contributed to the industry’s growth through his board and audit committee membership at TÜREB (Turkish Wind Energy Association).
Gök later served as the General Manager of RES Anatolia and Goldwind International Turkey & Middle East, gaining extensive experience in renewable energy investments and project management. His leadership in global renewable energy projects led him to take on the role of CEO at Winso Energy, where he aims to drive the company’s international growth and spearhead the transition to sustainable energy solutions.
